FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It is regulated by a contract, the conditions of which vary in terms of duration and monthly amount depending on the terms chosen by each customer.

It consists of hosting the customer’s equipment and, as part of this service, will provide and organise it in racks and/or racks, also providing sufficient electrical capacity at the required voltage and power, with constant monitoring to provide the service in the best conditions.

The company makes every commercially reasonable effort to make the hosting service available to the customer for as long as possible each month.

We will always offer the best possible price for electricity and we use renewable energy for this. Currently the price is 0.08$/kWh.

Hardware may be purchased from the Company, in which case it will be guaranteed to be installed and operational by the date stipulated in the Contract.

If purchased from a third party, the Company will inspect the Customer’s Equipment to determine the suitability of the accommodation and has full discretion to accept or reject any Customer Hardware.

Upon receipt, inspection and confirmation that the Customer Hardware is fully operational.

The Company will arrange for the installation of the Customer Hardware at the Hosting Premises.

Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies, to be agreed. The exchange rate will be the last traded price for that cryptocurrency to USD exchange transaction at the time of payment.
